"Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath or dissension." 1 Timothy 2:8

Relationships

Living Stones fosters relational building among the men involved. We also have a heart to develop new relationships with men in the church, the workplace and the community. Often our men get together informally. It's not uncommon to find a gaming night where the guys stay up late at a Lan party. An afternoon on the ball field or a relaxed time at the coffee shop are common as well. For many of our men, genuine relationships are one of the greatest blessings they've found with Living Stones.

Accountability

The reality is - men are bombarded with multi-faceted temptations. No one was created to 'go it' alone. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, "And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart." Many of the developing relationships among our men go beyond the surface into real life issues and struggles.

Spiritual Growth

Every man is at a different place in his spiritual walk than the next guy. A 23 year old man might be more studied in the Word of God than a 45 year old man who recently trusted in Jesus Christ as Savior. Therefore, we are intentional about offering help in partnering men together for the purpose of spiritual growth.

Monthly Fellowship Breakfast

On the second Saturday of every month we have a men's fellowship breakfast where we gather together for the purpose of growing in godliness. A typical time of fellowship includes sharing a meal together, spending some time in prayer for one another, and spending some time in God's Word.
