Worship
The heartbeat of Living Stones worship is to bring glory to God as we worship Him in spirit and in truth; to seek balance in the experience of meeting with God and proclaiming the truth of His Word. Living Stones greatly values both traditional and modern styles of worship. Our focus is on modern styles with a blending of traditional styles that connect us with the rich heritage of the Christian faith.
Word of God
The Word of God, the Bible, is central to all that we do in our Sunday gatherings. The pastor's sermons are grounded in Biblical truth an applicable to our lives today. Often, adults and children share Scripture readings as part of our gatherings. It is not uncommon to see God weave common threads of truth between our Sunday gatherings and other weekly ministries in His Word. Click our
Beliefs link for more.
Sunday School
Each Sunday morning following the Worship Gathering and refreshments, adults and children transition into Sunday School classes. Presently, the men are studying the book of 1 Corinthians. The women are studying 30 different women in the Bible. The children are divided into age graded classes learning various Biblical truths through teaching, crafts and games. The yougest children are in a safe, clean and fun classtime of stories and activities. Click the following links to learn more about individual Sunday School classes:
Nursery
Living Stones values a safe, clean environment for nursery aged children. We have a clear policy manual and training for those working with these children during the sermon time and Sunday School. While you may keep younger children with you during the sermon and Sunday School, we welcome you to entrust them to our caring nursery staff. Our
Children's link will give you more nursery information.
Fellowship
Genunine Biblical fellowship is the church family sharing in life experiences. We seek to foster this 'one-anotherness' through various activites such as a monthly potluck or picnic, families getting together informally, and adult groups getting together to build relationships. Our News & Events link will list upcoming fellowship opportunities.
