Youth
"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." I Timothy 4:11-13
Relationships
The LSCC youth are passionate about building relationships. Jesus' ministry centered on relationships with hurting people who were in need of His healing. We exist to introduce people to Jesus through authentic relationships.
Spiritual Growth
Part of becoming a mature follower of Jesus is a hunger for spiritual growth. While part of this takes place on Sunday mornings, true spiritual growth finds its fullest expression when we take Jesus with us to school, out with friends, or any place we engage our culture.
Community
Part of what Jesus wants for His followers is to a part of authentic community. We seek to establish true community through asking each other the tough questions, showing ourselves to be truly concerned for each other's growth. In the crazy haze of middle-school and high-school life, we believe that no one is an island and that all are in need of a loving, accepting community where they will be encouraged and strengthened to be all that God has made them.
